Juliette and Stéphane answer your dates and questions themselves, and you agree everything with them in person. Both houses are registered meublés de tourisme (n° 2A2470011440C and 2A24700119700), so you are renting declared, legal holiday homes from an identified family, not an anonymous listing. Since 2017, that is how every stay here has been arranged: directly, guest to owner.

Why it costs less than the platforms

The rental platforms typically add around 15 to 20% in commission and fees between you and the owner. Booking direct removes that layer entirely: nothing is added on top of the price the family sets. It also removes the friction. Instead of messaging through a moderated inbox, you ask the owners directly whether the pool is warm in May (it is heated, so yes, from May to October), whether your dog can come (pets are welcome), or how the two houses combine for a group of 20. The family behind the two villas

Villa Giulietta and Villa Giulio stand 40 metres apart on the hillside of La Trinité de Porto-Vecchio, above Stagnolu bay, with a first-line view over the Gulf of Porto-Vecchio. Each sleeps 10 guests in 5 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms; booked together they host 20. Giulietta has a 13×4 m heated saltwater pool with a children's basin and 1600 m² of enclosed grounds with vines and olive trees; Giulio has a large heated saltwater pool facing the gulf facing the gulf, five sea-view bedrooms and a private cinema room. Juliette and Stéphane have looked after both houses, and their guests, since 2017.

From the villas, Benedettu beach is about 5 minutes by car, Cala Rossa 5 to 10, Saint-Cyprien around 10 and Pinarello with its Genoese tower about 15. Porto-Vecchio old town and marina are 5 to 10 minutes away, shops 2 to 5, and the famous sands of Palombaggia and Santa Giulia 25 to 30. Figari airport is 30 to 40 minutes' drive.
