Porto-Vecchio villa rental, booked directly with the owners

Villa Giulietta and Villa Giulio are two family villas on the hillside of La Trinité de Porto-Vecchio, just above Stagnolu bay, with a first-line view over the Gulf of Porto-Vecchio. Juliette and Stéphane have welcomed guests here since 2017 and handle every booking themselves, in English, by phone or WhatsApp. No agency, no middleman: you deal with the family who owns the houses.

Two villas, one hillside, 40 metres apart

The villas stand 40 metres from each other, so you can rent them separately for up to 10 guests, or together for a group of 20. Villa Giulietta offers 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms over 235 m², set in 1600 m² of enclosed grounds with vines, olive trees and a belvedere, plus a 13×4 m heated saltwater pool with a children's basin and a 150 m² teak terrace with summer kitchen. Villa Giulio matches it with 5 sea-view bedrooms including 3 suites over 20 m², a 75 m² living room, a large heated saltwater pool facing the gulf facing the gulf, a private cinema room and floor cooling. Both have gyms, games, air conditioning, wifi and free parking, and both welcome pets.

How direct booking works for international guests

There is no booking engine between you and the owners. You write or call Juliette and Stéphane on +33 6 15 25 20 65 (WhatsApp works well across time zones) or email marafe2a@gmail.com, in English or French. They confirm dates, answer questions about the houses, and arrange your arrival personally. Because there is no rental platform in the middle, you avoid the roughly 15 to 20% commission the platforms add, and you get answers from people who actually live with these villas. Both houses are registered meublés de tourisme, n° 2A2470011440C and 2A24700119700, so the paperwork is official and transparent. Start with the full visit page, which ends with the booking form.

Where you are: beaches, old town, airport

The location trades crowds for view without losing convenience. Benedettu beach is about 5 minutes by car, Cala Rossa 5 to 10 minutes, Saint-Cyprien around 10, and Pinarello with its Genoese tower about 15. Porto-Vecchio's old town and marina are 5 to 10 minutes away, shops 2 to 5 minutes, and a freshwater river swim about 10. The famous southern beaches, Palombaggia and Santa Giulia, are a 25 to 30 minute drive. Figari airport is 30 to 40 minutes, and Bastia or Ajaccio roughly 2h30, which makes fly-in weeks from anywhere in Europe simple.

Heated pools: a real season, May to October

Both pools are heated saltwater pools, which stretches the swimming season from May to October, including evening swims when the gulf lights up below. That matters if you travel outside July and August: a June half-term or an October escape still comes with warm water and the same first-line view over the Gulf of Porto-Vecchio. See the main page for an overview of both houses, or go straight to the visit and booking page to check availability with the owners.

FAQ

Do the owners speak English?

Yes. Juliette and Stéphane handle every enquiry themselves in English, by phone or WhatsApp on +33 6 15 25 20 65 or by email at marafe2a@gmail.com. International guests deal directly with the family from first message to arrival.

Can we rent both villas for one group of 20?

Yes. The two villas are only 40 metres apart, so a group of up to 20 guests can book them together, each house sleeping 10 across 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, while smaller parties can rent either villa on its own.

Is booking direct really cheaper than the platforms?

Rental platforms typically add roughly 15 to 20% commission on top of the owner's price. Reserving directly with Juliette and Stéphane removes that layer entirely, and both villas are registered meublés de tourisme, so the rental is fully official.
