A Large Family Villa in South Corsica, for 10 or 20 Guests
Finding one house for a big family reunion usually means compromise. Here you get two: Villa Giulietta and Villa Giulio stand just 40 metres apart on the hillside above Stagnolu bay, at La Trinité de Porto-Vecchio, each sleeping 10 across 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Book one villa for your family of ten, or both for a full gathering of twenty with a first-line view over the Gulf of Porto-Vecchio.
Two twin villas, one family gathering
Multi-generation holidays fail when everyone is squeezed under one roof. The two-villa layout solves that: grandparents, parents and cousins share the same hillside, the same view and the same evenings, yet each household keeps its own kitchen, terrace and pool. At 40 metres apart, children run freely between the houses while adults get real privacy. Villa Giulietta offers 235 m² on 1600 m² of enclosed grounds with vines and olive trees; Villa Giulio answers with 236 m², a 75 m² living room and five sea-view bedrooms including three suites over 20 m². Together that is 10 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and space for 20 guests in real bedrooms.
Room for every generation to do their thing
With twenty people, the amenities matter as much as the beds. Giulietta is the activity hub: gym, billiards, table football, giant chess, badminton, ping-pong and a pétanque court, plus a 13×4 m heated saltwater pool with a children's basin and a 150 m² teak terrace with summer kitchen and plancha. Giulio is the quieter twin: a large heated saltwater pool facing the gulf facing the gulf, a private cinema room, a library, an island bathtub and floor cooling for hot afternoons. Both villas have air conditioning, wifi and free parking, and pets are welcome, so nobody in the family gets left behind. Because the pools are heated, the whole group swims from May to October, evening dips included.
A base that works for a group of twenty
Logistics decide whether a large group holiday flows. From the villas, shops are 2 to 5 minutes by car, Porto-Vecchio old town and marina 5 to 10 minutes, and Benedettu beach about 5 minutes. Saint-Cyprien is around 10 minutes, Pinarello with its Genoese tower about 15, and the famous sands of Palombaggia and Santa Giulia 25 to 30 minutes for a day out. Small children can swap the sea for freshwater river swimming 10 minutes away. Figari airport is 30 to 40 minutes, so arrivals in several cars or waves are painless. Book both villas directly with the family
The villas belong to Juliette and Stéphane, who have welcomed guests here since 2017. You book direct, with no middleman: you deal with the owners by phone or WhatsApp on +33 6 15 25 20 65 or by email at marafe2a@gmail.com, which matters when you are coordinating dates for twenty relatives. Rental platforms typically add roughly 15 to 20% commission; booking direct removes it. Both houses are registered meublés de tourisme (n° 2A2470011440C and 2A24700119700). FAQ
Can we rent both villas together for a group of 20?
Yes. Villa Giulietta and Villa Giulio are only 40 metres apart and can be booked together for 20 guests or separately for 10. Together they offer 10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, ideal for multi-generation reunions where each household keeps its own house.
Which villa suits families with young children?
Villa Giulietta is the natural choice: its 13×4 m heated saltwater pool has a children's basin, and the 1600 m² enclosed grounds hold badminton, giant chess, table football and a pétanque court. Villa Giulio, with its cinema room and gulf-facing pool, tends to suit teens and adults.
Are the two villas identical inside?
No, they are twins with different characters. Giulietta (235 m²) has a kitchen plus a summer kitchen, generous dining spaces and a games focus. Giulio (236 m²) has a 75 m² living room, five sea-view bedrooms with three suites over 20 m², a cinema room and floor cooling.
